Built for the messy reality of receipts
Everything below is part of the first release. Nothing here needs you to type a serial number by hand.
Scanning that understands line items
Text recognition plus a structured extraction step returns the retailer, tax number, date, total and every line on the receipt — not one blob of text.
A warranty per item, not per receipt
Tick the two items that matter on a receipt with sixteen lines. Each gets its own duration, expiry date and reminders.
Reminders that arrive in time
Push and email at 90, 30 and 7 days before expiry, with the interval configurable per warranty. Repair windows are short — the notification is not.
Folders you define yourself
Nested folders such as Home / Appliances or Rental flat / Kitchen, plus tags. Move purchases in bulk, share a whole folder with your partner.
Receipts without a warranty are welcome
Keep the grocery receipt for your expense report. Warranty tracking is optional, storage and search are not.
The original document, always
The photo, the PDF and any warranty card stay attached in full resolution, ready to export or hand to the shop assistant.
Legal conformity, per country
The app knows the statutory conformity period in your country and pre-fills it, so a missing manufacturer warranty does not mean no protection.
Works offline
Scan on the spot in a shop with no signal. The queue syncs when you are back online, and the data stays readable on the device.
Your data, exportable
Full export as PDF or CSV with the images. Deleting your account deletes the archive — no hostage-taking.
Warranty vs. legal conformity
Two different rights, one screen
People mix up the commercial warranty a manufacturer chooses to give with the legal conformity rights they always have. Warriva stores both dates on the same purchase, so you know which one you are still covered by.
Warriva shows the periods that apply in your country as guidance. It is not legal advice.
Commercial warranty
Voluntary, set by the manufacturer or retailer: 12, 24, 36 or 60 months, sometimes conditional on registration. Whatever is printed on the receipt or card is what Warriva tracks.

Legal conformity
In the EU you have at least two years to claim for goods that were faulty at delivery — regardless of any commercial warranty. Warriva pre-fills the period for your country and reminds you separately.
