Delete your Warriva account
This page exists so that deletion is possible without installing the app.
Deleting your account removes your spaces, receipts, warranties, documents and reminders. It cannot be undone.
In the app
The fastest way, and the one we recommend:
- 1Open the app and go to Profile.
- 2Tap Delete account.
- 3Read what will be removed, then confirm with your password.
Without the app
Write to hello@warriva.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request by replying to that address, delete the account within 30 days and write to you when it is done.

- Your personal space and everything in it
- Every receipt, purchase item and warranty
- Every photo and document you uploaded
- Your profile, settings, reminders and sign-in identity
Shared spaces
A space shared with other members is handed over to another member instead of being deleted, so their data is not destroyed with yours.
How long it takes
Your data becomes inaccessible immediately. Rows and files are removed straight away; encrypted backups roll over within 30 days, after which no copy remains.
