A plain-language draft of the agreement between you and Warriva. It will be replaced by the full terms before the public launch, and you will be told when that happens.
What the service does
Warriva stores receipts and documents you upload, extracts fields from them and reminds you before a warranty period ends. The extracted fields are a proposal you confirm; the app is not a substitute for reading the receipt.
Not legal advice
Statutory periods shown in the app are guidance based on the country you selected. They are not legal advice, and we are not a party to any claim you make against a retailer or a manufacturer.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials to yourself, upload only documents you are entitled to store, and check the fields before saving. You keep ownership of everything you upload.
Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; export is available from the app.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or through the page linked below. We may close an account that is used to break these terms, after telling you why.
